We are a Latina-owned small business founded by our CEO, Jasmin Peñaloza, in 2022. Our mission at lashes boutique is to provide every queen with high-quality and affordable lashes, Footwear and Accessories.

Jasmin was raised in a low-income household where she would see her parents struggled economically. She would see how her hardworking mother had two jobs and sold Jafra cosmetics to make ends meet. Allowing her to provide for all four of her children. Her mother was the reason of Jasmin’s entrepreneurship. She later discovered a passion for cosmetics and for her to learn more of cosmetology she attended Cosmo makeup academy in 2019.

After two years she began her own lashes brand and put her first vending machine at the Del Amo Fashion Center. She believed that everyone should have the opportunity to enhance their natural beauty with our affordable lashes.

At Lashes Boutique, we are proud to offer a wide range of lashes, including mink lashes, and Russian lashes. All our lashes are  handmade. They are perfect for any occasion, and with reasonable care, can be reused up to 20 times.
